Locations
In this section, we will discuss how to manage all your locations’ operations. You can perform the following functions:
Add Locations
To add a new location:
Log in to the IENT Application.
Go to Settings > Locations.


Click on the + button on the top right corner.
Enter the following details of the new location:

Location Name: This is the location name of the new location.
Note: This is a mandatory field and it should be unique in the system.DUNS: The Data Universal Numbering System value of your organization.
Note: This is a mandatory field.Cost Recovery Threshold: This is the threshold for recovering the costs of any given expense.
Note: This is a mandatory field.Default Currency: Select your default currency from the dropdown.
Note: This is a mandatory field.Local Time Zone: Select your local time zone from the dropdown.
Note: This is a mandatory field.Parent Business Organization: If applicable, select an existing parent organization from the dropdown. Selecting an organization will link this location to the organization.
Status: Select the new location’s status (active/inactive) from the dropdown.
Note: This is a mandatory field.
Click on Submit.
View Locations
To view all locations you entered in the Location module:
Login to the IENT Application.
Click on Settings > Locations.


The following details of locations already added to the Location module are displayed:
ID
Location Name
DUNS
Recovery Threshold
Currency
Time Zone
Status

Click on any location to view details of the organization as well as the associated departments, labor codes, and location lines.
Link Departments, Location Lines, and Labor Codes to a Location
In this section, we will cover how to link departments, location lines, and labor codes to a location.
Departments
To link departments to a selected location:
Login to the IENT Application.
Click on Settings > Locations.


Select the location that you want to link the department to.
The Departments tab is displayed by default.
4. The following details are displayed:
ID
Name
Code
Status

6. Click on the + button to add a new department to the location. Add the following mandatory details and click on Submit:

Name
Code
Status
7. To download a list of departments, click on the kebab menu on the top right corner of the screen and select Download Options. You can download the list of departments as needed:

Download as PDF: Export all the selected records in the data table in PDF format.
Download as CSV: Export all the selected records in the data table in CSV format.
Location Lines
To link a location line to a selected location:
Login to the IENT Application.
Click on Settings > Locations.


Select the location that you want to link the department to, and select the Location Lines tab.

The following details are displayed:
ID
Name
Downtime Rate (per minute)
Status

Click on the + button to add a new location line to the location. Add the following mandatory details and click on Submit:

Name
Downtime Rate (per minute)
Status
To download a list of location lines, select the location lines and click on the kebab menu and select Download Options. You can download the list of location lines as needed:

Download as PDF: Export all the selected records in the data table in PDF format.
Download as CSV: Export all the selected records in the data table in CSV format.
Labor Codes
To link labor codes to a selected location:
Login to the IENT Application.
Click on Settings > Locations.


Select the location that you want to link the labor code to, and select the Labor Codes tab.

The following details are displayed:
ID
Name
Code
Rate (per hour)
Status

Click on the + button to add a new labor code to the location. Add the following mandatory details and click on Submit:

Status
To download a list of labor codes, select the labor codes and click on the kebab menu and select Download Options. You can download the list of labor codes as needed:

Download as PDF: Export all the selected records in the data table in PDF format.
Download as CSV: Export all the selected records in the data table in CSV format.
