Disruption Statuses

You can define different disruptions related to production or services.

To do this:

1. Log in to the IENT Application.

2. Go to Settings > Global Data > Disruption Statuses.
   You will be able to view all your existing disruption statuses, if already defined.

   

   See here to explore how you can search, view, sort, and filter all the displayed records.

3. To add a disruption status, click on the + button on the top right corner, and add the following mandatory details:

   

   • Disruption Status

   • Status (active/inactive)

4. The record gets listed in the Disruption Statuses screen.
   

   

5. To download a list of disruption statuses, select the particular disruption statuses and then click on the kebab menu on the top right corner of the screen and select Download Options as needed:

   

   • Download as PDF: Export all the selected records in the data table in PDF format.

   • Download as CSV: Export all the selected records in the data table in CSV format.

6. To export disruption statuses to a specific tenant, select the particular disruption statuses and then click on Export to Tenant from the kebab menu on the top right corner, and select a target tenant.

   

   The selected tenant will have to approve the import request through their account. See here for more details on how to approve data import requests.
