Overview
On successfully logging in, you will first be directed to the IENT homepage.
In the header section, you will be prompted by the number of pending To-do’s that you have. Click on this button to redirect you to the To-do’s page to manage all your cases.

My Apps
Below the header, you will be able to view and access all your installed apps. All your favorite apps will be listed on the top of the screen.

Favorite Apps
To mark any of your apps as a favorite, click on the kebab menu on the selected app, and click on Favorite.

To unfavorite any of your apps on the dashboard, click on the kebab menu on the selected app, and click on Unfavorite.

App Info
To view the App information of any app on your dashboard, click on the kebab menu on the selected app, and click on App info.

Click on the Marketplace button to navigate to the applications’ marketplace.

Click on + New to create a new app.

Settings
To view the existing app settings or update the settings, click on the kebab menu on the selected app, and click on Settings.

Dashboard
You can easily view frequently used analytics and reports by pinning them onto your dashboard. You can customize the contents of your dashboard to help you quickly access analytical content as required by you.
On the homepage, below the header, you can navigate to your dashboard and see all your analytics widgets.

You can perform the following operations:
Add report(s) to the dashboard with different configurations.
Update the report conditions for the existing dashboard reports.
Manage the report(s) added to the dashboard (add/remove) by clicking on the Manage button.

Refresh the report to load the latest data by clicking on Refresh from the kebab menu.
View detailed reports by clicking on the dashboard report cards or selecting View from the kebab menu.
Delete the report added to the dashboard by clicking on Delete from the kebab menu.
Search the dashboard using keywords, to view a specific report.
You can pin reports to the dashboard by clicking on the Pin To Dashboard button from the Report Viewer by providing minimal information such as Report Name, Description, and Duration. You have the option to add multiple reports to your dashboard with different conditions.
