How to Login to the IENT Application
You can login using any of the Custom Domain and Login buttons on the top right corner of the IENT homepage. The following steps explain login using both the Custom Domain and Login buttons.
To log in to the IENT application:
Open the IENT homepage.

Click the Sign in button.

Enter your organization’s name (If organization name is not correct, the following message is displayed).
‘Organization information not available, please try again’
Click the Submit button.

The login page with the organization’s name is displayed (Here, hector is displayed as an example; your organization name will be displayed after tenant is set up during your organization’s on boarding with IENT).
Enter your username and password, and click on Sign In.
Note: Users can click the Forget Password link to reset their passwords. User has to provide the user id on clicking Forgot Password link. A password reset link will be sent to the email id associated with the user id.
Note: Users logging in as global user, click the IENT Global link. The next section Login as Global User describes how the global users log in.
After you log off, it leads to the organization’s portal landing page.

Note: Clicking this Sign in button will prompt you to enter the username and password without asking for the organization name.
Login Using the Custom Domain Button
Open the IENT homepage.

Click the Custom Domain button.

Enter your organization’s name and click (If organization name is not correct, the following message is displayed).
‘Organization information not available, please try again’
The organization’s portal landing page is displayed.

Click the Sign in button.

Enter your username and password, and click on Sign In.
Note: Users can click the Forget Password link to reset their passwords. User has to provide the user id on clicking Forgot Password link. A password reset link will be sent to the email id associated with the user id
After you log off, it leads to the organization’s portal landing page.

The page has navigation link to the IENT home or you can login back using the Sign in button on the top right corner.
Note: Clicking this Sign in button will prompt you to enter the username and password without asking for the organization name.
New User Login
If you are logging in for the first time as a buyer user, you will be prompted to read the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Once you read and accept the EULA, you will be directed to your User Profile, to edit and update your user details.
