Production Phases

You can define different production phases as required.

To do this:

1. Log in to the IENT Application.

2. Go to Settings > Global Data > Production Phases.
   You will be able to view all your existing production phases, if any.

   

   See here to explore how you can search, view, sort, and filter all the displayed records.

3. To add a production phase, click on the + button in the top right corner, and add the following mandatory details:

   

   • Production Phase

   • Status

4. The record gets listed in the Production Phases screen.
   

   

5. To download a list of production phases, select the production phases and then click on the kebab menu on the top right corner of the screen and select Download Options. You can download the list of production phases as needed:

   

   • Download as PDF: Export all the selected records in the data table in PDF format.

   • Download as CSV: Export all the selected records in the data table in CSV format.

6. To export production phases to a specific tenant, select the production phases and then click on Export to Tenant from the kebab menu on the top right corner, and select a target tenant.

   

   The selected tenant will have to approve the import request through their account. See here for more details on how to approve data import requests.
