The Marketplace on the IENT portal is where you’ll find all applications which are published by different tenants. This section covers the following features:

View Applications on the Marketplace

To view all applications that are published to the marketplace:

1. Login to the IENT Application

2. From the home screen, click on the Marketplace button.

   

3. In the Marketplace, you will be able to view the following:

   • Installed Apps
     In this section, you will be able to view and manage all the apps that you have currently installed.

     

     Click on the info button to view more details of the app.

   • Available Apps
     In this section, you can view all the applications that are published by different tenants. As the Buyer Administrator, you will be able to:

     

     • Request Access: Click on the arrow button to request access to an app. On apps for which access has already been requested, you will see the ‘Access Requested’  label instead of the button.

     • Install: Click on the download button

       

       to install the app. The apps for which owner has enabled direct installation without the approval of the Super Admin will have the label Install.

     • View App Info: Click on the info button to view information about the selected application.

   • Apps Published
     To view your published apps, click on the Apps Published button on the top right corner of the Marketplace screen. In this section, you can view:

     

     • App Approval Status: A label across each app tile will display the current approval status (Under Review, Approved, and Rejected) of the application.

     • Application Details: On each tile, you will be able to see the app’s name, version, and description. 

     • Publish: Publishing an app will make the selected app visible in the marketplace. 

     • Unpublish: Unpublishing an app will hide the selected app from the marketplace.

     • Remove: Clicking on Remove on an application tile will delete the app from the marketplace.

Install Applications from the Marketplace

To install an app from the marketplace:

1. Login to the IENT Application

2. From the home screen, click on the Marketplace button.

   

3. Under available apps, ensure that the app you want to install is Approved for install and click on the Install icon on the selected app’s tile.

   

4. Click on Yes to confirm the installation.

   

Publish Applications to the Marketplace

On the IENT Application, you can publish your own apps to the Marketplace either through the app builder or by uploading your own file. The apps will become available in the Marketplace for installation once Super Administrator approves the same.

To publish an app to the marketplace:

1. Login to the IENT Application.

2. From the home screen, click on the Marketplace button.

   

3. In the Marketplace page, click on the Publish button. You will only be able to publish apps created by your tenant.

   

4. You will now be able to upload an rjson file from your system onto the application.

5. When you confirm your upload, the application will be sent for approval after which it will be visible in the marketplace.
