Global Search (Org User)

When you login to IENT application, on the tool bar, you will be able to see a search box. It is the global search tool which is present on all the screens in the IENT applications. It allows you to perform a search globally and data is displayed from all the IENT applications (except URL apps) that user has access to. The search will display the records or data for which the user performing the search is authorized to view/access.

On clicking the search box, the last five searched terms (if any previous search was performed) will be listed and when you start typing, the search ahead terms as per your input will be listed. On selection of any of the suggested terms, search results will be displayed.

The following screen displays the search performed for the term supply.

The screen displays the results organized as record type, where it is located and primary and additional identifying values of the records. The facets/categories on the left pane allow further filtering of the search results as required. User can select multiple facets/categories and the search results updates accordingly. You can clear all filters with Clear all link.
