Overview

Intelligent Enterprise Alliances (IENT) is an application developed by RR Software Solutions Inc. (RRSSI). IENT enables you to become an intelligent enterprise, by empowering your employees, customers, and partners with business workflow and automated solutions. IENT integrates innovative technology and flexible solutions with data and processes to enhance your value chain to grow more profitable.

Note: This document applies to Org Admin (Buyer Administrators) only. From IENT release version 23.03, buyer admin is referred to as org admin. You may come across both the terms in the document. 

This document describes how buyers can administer all their tenant accounts. You can use this guide to understand the following features and modules:

  • View and edit tenant details, roles, and users.

  • Create and manage organizations and locations.

  • Configure global search categories for applications and modules.

  • Create and configure global data modules.

  • SMTP Mail configuration and email template management.

  • Create and manage applications to optimize your portal experience.

  • Install applications from the IENT Marketplace.

  • Activate and deactivate an app.

  • View application analytics, and manage all your To do’s.

  • Manage import and export of tenant data.

  • Manage analytics data and customize your dashboard view.

  • View audit logs.

  • Create and manage page schemas.

Prerequisites: In order to be able to log in as an org admin (buyer administrator), contact the IENT super administrator to ensure that a tenant account has been created for your organization.
