Activating and Deactivating an App

The IENT application allows the Buyer Administrator to activate and deactivate an app installed from the marketplace or an IENT app created by the Buyer Administrator. Deactivating an application hides the application and its related data from all tenant users who have access to the particular application. The data of a deactivated app will not be displayed even in any search query, report, dashboard, notifications, or To-dos.

 To deactivate an existing app:

1. Log in to the IENT Application.

2. On the navigation bar on the homepage, select Project.

   

   This page will display all your existing applications.

3. Click on the kebab menu (three-dot) on the app’s tile that you want to deactivate and click Deactivate.

The following message is displayed. 

4. Click Yes.

The app gets deactivated and is marked as Inactive.

Note: On making an app inactive, it will be not be visible in the My Apps tab in homepage.

To activate a deactivated app:

1. Log in to the IENT Application.

2. On the navigation bar on the homepage, select Project.

   

   
   This page will display all your existing applications including deactivated apps.

   

3. Click on the kebab menu (three-dot) on the app’s tile that you want to activate and click Activate.

   

    The following message is displayed.

   

4. Click Yes.

The app gets activated.

Note: On activating the app, it will be visible to all users that have access to it and the data of this particular app will appear in any search query or report.
