Getting Started as a User

Intelligent Enterprise Alliances (IENT) is an application developed by RR Software Solutions Inc. (RRSSI). IENT enables you to become an intelligent enterprise, by empowering your employees, customers, and partners with business workflow and automated supply chain solutions. IENT integrates innovative technology and flexible solutions with data and processes to enhance your value chain to grow more profitable.

Note: This document applies to Org Users (Buyer Users) only.  From IENT release version 23.03, buyer user is referred to as org user. You may come across both the terms in the document.

This document describes how buyers can use various facilities offered on the IENT platform. You can use this guide to understand the following features and modules:

  • Access all applications downloaded or created for you by the tenant administrator.

  • Manage all your To-Do tasks and cases.

  • View and manage analytics data from across applications.

  • Customize your dashboard view to display reports and content as required. 

Prerequisites: In order to be able to log in as an org user (buyer user), first ensure that the IENT super administrator as created a tenant account for your organization. You may contact your org admin (buyer administrator) to ensure that a user account has been created for you within your organization.
