IENT Profile

IENT Application enables you to customize your profile information and set application preferences to suit your convenience and aid your requirements. It also allows you to change your account password.

To edit your profile details and change password:

1. Login to the IENT Application.

2. On the top menu bar of the application, click on your user name on the right corner of the screen.

   

3. From the dropdown, click Account settings.

4. This will open your profile page. You can view and edit the following information:

   

   • Username: This is your IENT username.
     Note: This field is not editable.

   • Salutation: From the dropdown, you can select your salutation (Mr, Mrs, Miss).
     Note: This is a mandatory field.

   • First Name
     Note: This is a mandatory field.

   • Middle Name

   • Last Name
     Note: This is a mandatory field.

   • Email
     Note: This is a mandatory field.

   • Phone Number

   • Timezone: From the dropdown, select your preferred time zone. You can search for your preferred time zone on the dropdown’s search bar.

   • Datetime Format: From the dropdown, select your preferred date-time format. You can search for your preferred format on the dropdown’s search bar. 

5. Click on Reset to reset all your entries. Click on Submit to confirm all your profile changes.

6. Click Password link on the left panel.

7. Click the Change Password button to change the password.
