Overview
When an organization has been onboarded to the IENT Application, the IENT Super Admin can assign one of the tenant users as the buyer administrator. The Buyer Administrator role is ideally assigned to that individual at your organization who is responsible for setting configuration options, managing supplier relationships and contacts, and maintaining the account over time. The buyer administrator serves as the primary point of contact for users with tenant queries and issues. As the buyer administrator, you can control who can access your tenant account and which areas of the service each user can access. To do this, you create roles and then add users. As a best practice, create roles that reflect the way your company does business to prevent confusion for your account users and maximize the efficiency of your team once roles are in place.
