Problem Qualifiers

A problem qualifier is a parameter used to qualify a condition as a problem. For example, warranty expired, repeated problems, customer impacted, etc. can be defined as problem qualifiers.

1. Log in to the IENT Application.

2. Go to Settings > Global Data > Problem Qualifiers.
   You will be able to view all your existing problem qualifiers.

3. To add a new problem qualifier, click on the + button on the top right corner, and add the following mandatory details and click Submit:
   

   

   • Problem Qualifier name

   • Status

4. The new problem qualifier gets listed in the Problem Qualifiers screen.
   

   

5. To download a list of problem qualifiers, select the problem qualifiers and then click on the kebab menu on the top right corner of the screen and select Download Options as needed:
   

   

   • Download as PDF: Export all the selected records in the data table in PDF format.

   • Download as CSV: Export all the selected records in the data table in CSV format

6. To export problem qualifiers to a specific tenant, select the particular problem qualifiers and then click on Export to Tenant from the kebab menu on the top right corner, and select a target tenant.
   

   

   
   The selected tenant will have to approve the import request through their account. See here for more details on how to approve data import requests.
