» Associate a User with Vendor

You can associate a vendor user with a vendor once the vendor user is created in the User Management module.

 To do this:

1. Log in to the IENT Application.

2. Go to Settings > Global Data > Vendors.
   You will be able to view all your existing vendors.

3. To associate a user with a particular vendor, click on the vendor record, or select the vendor and click View option.
   The Vendors screen is displayed (Use the Edit button on this screen, if you are required to make any changes to the vendor).

   

4. Click the Edit button.
   The screen reloads in editable mode.

5. In the Partner User field, from the dropdown list select the user that you want to associate with the vendor.
   Note: The dropdown list will only show the users created in the User Management module for the particular vendor.
   

   

6. Click Submit.
