Tenant Management

On the Intelligent Enterprise Alliances (IENT) application, as the Buyer Administrator, you can view and update all your Tenant information.

IENT enables every tenant to configure settings and details in order to optimize all end-to-end operations. This includes everything from usage configuration to configuring your preferred data storage endpoint.  

In order to manage all your tenant details, the following information is required:

Tenant Details

  • Organization Name: This is the name of the organization.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • Description: Add a description of the organization.

  • Phone Number: Organization’s phone number.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • Number of Employees: The number of employees at the organization.

  • Preferred Endpoint: This is the Realm used in Keycloak and the same name used as organization during user login.
    Notes: 

    • This input is case-sensitive

    • This is a mandatory field.

  • Domain: The domain name to be used for login along with the endpoint.

  • DataSource Region: The DataSource Region is used to create tenant-based databases in a specified region.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • TimeZone: The default time zone to which the tenant users belong.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • Datetime Format: The default date-time format to be used across tenant operations.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • Date Format: The default date format to be used across tenant operations.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • Time Format: The default time format to be used across tenant operations.
    Note: This is a mandatory field.

  • Active: Status of the organization. Once the status is unchecked, the organization will become inactive and users will not be able to log into the application.

  • Is Forgot Password enabled: Displays status of resetting password using forgot password option.

Tenant Address Information

  • Address 1: Building and street information of your organization.
    Note: This is a mandatory input.

  • Address 2: Optional additional address information.

  • City: City information of your organization.
    Note: This is a mandatory input.

  • State: Registered state address of your organization.
    Note: This is a mandatory input.

  • Country: The country that the tenant belongs to
    Note: This is a mandatory input.

  • Zip Code: Tenant’s zip code.
    Note: This is a mandatory input.

Admin Information

  • Username
    Note: This should be unique in the system.

  • Salutation

  • First Name

  • Middle Name 

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

System Configuration

This section displays the tenant creation date along with details of trial period, if any, Usage Configuration and Feature Configuration.

Usage Configuration

This is used to set usage limits per tenant by the Super admin. This section displays the following details:

  • Max Internal Users: Maximum number of internal users.

  • Max External Users: Maximum number of external users allowed for the tenant.

  • Max Transactions: Maximum allowed transactions for all applications used by the tenant.

  • Total Attachment Size (MB/GB): Total size of all attachments of all the transactions allowed for the tenant.

  • Max Data modules: Maximum number of modules allowed for the tenant. Marked No limit check box indicate no restrictions on the number of modules.

  • Max Transactions per app: Maximum allowed transactions for each application used by the tenant.

  • Max apps installed: Maximum number of applications that can be installed by the tenant. Marked No limit check box indicate no restrictions on the number of apps that can be installed by the tenant.

Feature configuration

This section displays if custom application can be created and installed by the tenant using IENT Enterprise app designer.

Organization

A customer on the IENT platform is an organization. Every organization can have multiple tenants associated with it. For example, you can have organization-name_dev, organization-name_qa, organization-name_prod as different tenants under a single organization. This field is the name of the organization (IENT customer) to which the tenant belongs. 

Note: This is a mandatory input.

EULA Agreement

For the sake of different compliances, the End User License Agreement (EULA) would be displayed to users when they log in for the first time. Users will be allowed to use the application only after accepting this EULA. This content can be added in HTML or text format.

Edit Tenant Information


To edit your tenant details:

  1. Login to the IENT Application.

  2. Click on Settings > Tenant Management.

  3. This will open your tenant details in the read-only mode. Click the Edit button.

  4. This will open the tenant’s details in edit mode. The following details can be edited:

    1. Organization information

    2. Tenant Address Information

    3. Admin information

    4. EULA Agreement

  5. Click on Submit.

Export to Tenant


All the configured details of your tenancy can be exported to another tenant within your organization. Once exported, the receiving tenant will be able to approve this request and import all your tenant information.

To export your tenant details:

  1. Login to the IENT Application.

  2. Click on Settings > Tenant Management.

  3. Click on the dropdown near Export to Tenant. 

  4. Select the tenant you want to export all the details to.

    The selected tenant will have to approve the import request through their account. See here for more details on how to approve data import requests.
