» App Install Requests

To install an application from the marketplace, you will first need to request access to the selected app. The publisher of the application will have to approve this request before you are able to upgrade your local app with the marketplace application.

Request Access to Marketplace Applications

To request access to marketplace applications:

1. Login to the IENT Application

2. From the home screen, click on the Marketplace button.

   

3. Under available apps, select the tile of the app you want to request access to, and click on the Request Access icon.

   

4. Click on Yes to confirm the request.

5. Once the installation request has been successfully sent, the tile of the selected app will have a label conveying the same.

   

View the Approve, Reject and Review App Install Requests

When a user requests access for installation of an application that you or other Buyer Administrator has published onto the marketplace, these are sent to IENT Super Admin for approval. You can view all the requests that pending for approval, approved, or rejected.
To review all your app install requests:

1. Login to the IENT application.

2. Go to Settings > App Install Requests.

   

3. This will open all the application Requests with the following details that are pending for approval:

   

   • Name

   • Description

   • Owner

   • Requested By

   • Date

4. Click on the Approved or Rejected tabs to view all application requests that are approved or rejected, respectively.
