Viewing the RFQ Status

Vendor receives an email notification when its response is selected as winner. The RFQ status on the Request for Quotation screen will be displayed as Awarded and for other vendors it will be displayed as Closed. Vendor will be able to see the subsequent changes in the RFQ from Awarded to Converted to PO as and when the changes happen.

To view the status of the RFQ:

  1. Log in to the IENT application.

  2. On the homepage, under My apps, click Request for Quotation app.
    The Request for Quotation screen is displayed.

  3. Click the RFQ ID with status as Awarded.
    The Details screen is displayed.

    The screen displays message that the RFQ has been awarded and to wait for further instructions. When vendor receives email notification that the RFQ is converted to PO, vendor needs to Confirm or Reject the PO in the Purchase Order (PO) app.
