Request for Quotation app provides end users the ability to efficiently manage the initiation and publication of request for quotation (RFQ) for procurement to vendors, vendors’ response to RFQ and shortlisting of the vendors.

Note: This document applies to the end users of Request for Quotation app namely buyer (Org Admin) and vendors (Partner Admin). Users having a Partner Admin role associated with a vendor responds to the RFQ.

This document describes the workflow of using Request for Quotation app including various activities which needs to be performed by the respective users throughout the issuance of an RFQ to shortlisting of vendors for an RFQ. You can use this guide to understand the following:
