Intelligent Enterprise Alliances (IENT) is an application developed by RR Software Solutions Inc. (RRSSI). IENT enables you to become an intelligent enterprise, by empowering your employees, customers, and partners with business workflow and automated supply chain solutions. IENT integrates innovative technology and flexible solutions with data and processes to enhance your value chain to grow more profitable.

Purchase Order (PO) app provides end users (vendors/suppliers with role as partner admin) the ability to work on the approved purchase requisition requests for goods/services. Registered vendors/suppliers can start the further process for supplying goods/services once the PO is confirmed.  The PO app provides the users from the buyer organization the ability to create a purchase order for material or service.

Note: This document applies to the end users of Purchase Order app namely purchase manager (Org Admin), approval manager, supplier/vendor (Partner Admin) or any user authorized by the organization.

This document describes the workflow of creating a purchase order and confirming purchase order using the Purchase Order app.
