Intelligent Enterprise Alliances (IENT) is an application developed by RR Software Solutions Inc. (RRSSI). IENT enables you to become an intelligent enterprise, by empowering your employees, customers, and partners with business workflow and automated supply chain solutions. IENT integrates innovative technology and flexible solutions with data and processes to enhance your value chain to grow more profitable.

Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) app provides end users (suppliers/vendors with role as partner admin) the ability to send intimation to the buying organization about the upcoming shipment of the goods or material as per the confirmed purchase order (PO). If the purchase manager/buyer (with org admin role) from the buying organization accepts the shipping notice, then the vendor ships the goods or material.

Note: This document applies to the end users of Advance Shipping Notice app namely Partner Admin (supplier/vendor), org admin (purchase manager) or any user authorized by the organization.

This document describes the workflow of creating an advance shipping notice and sending it to the purchase manager of the concerned organization.
