IENT enables you to become an intelligent enterprise, by empowering your employees, customers, and partners with business workflow and automated supply chain solutions. Vendor Registration app provides end users the ability to efficiently manage various stages involved in onboarding new vendors for your organization.

Note: This document applies to the end users of Vendor Registration app namely buyer (Org Admin) and vendor (Partner Admin). Vendor users are automatically assigned the Partner User (Applicant) roles when these are created in the IENT and later the Partner Admin role when vendor’s application is approved.

This document describes the guideline of using Vendor Registration app including various activities which needs to be performed by the respective users throughout the vendor on boarding process. You can use this guide to understand the following:

• Details and documents that need to be uploaded in support of vendor details provided by the vendor.

• Tasks to be performed by buyer and vendors during the vendor onboarding process.
