Intelligent Enterprise Alliances (IENT) is an application developed by RR Software Solutions Inc. (RRSSI). IENT enables you to become an intelligent enterprise, by empowering your employees, customers, and partners with business workflow and automated supply chain solutions. Return Note (RN) app provides end users (warehouse manager or any authorized user) the ability to issue return note for goods/materials that are being returned to vendor as per the organization’s rules/requirements. The RN indicates the quantity of material returned and reason for return, if any.

Note: This document applies to the end users of Return Note app namely warehouse manager (Org Admin), supplier (Partner Admin) or any user authorized by the organization.

This document describes the workflow of issuing return notes for goods and materials from suppliers against the corresponding purchase order (PO).
