Invoice app provides end users (suppliers/vendors with role as partner admin) the ability to create invoice for the materials delivered or services rendered against a confirmed PO to the contracted organization                                                                                                                     

Note: This document applies to the end users of Invoices app namely suppliers/vendors (Partner Admin), purchase manager or buyer (org admin), approval manager, or any user authorized by the organization.

This document describes the workflow of creating an invoice for material or services provided to the buying organization.

The invoice workflow involves the generation of invoice and its subsequent approval, return for amendment or rejection. The document covers two scenarios when the invoice is generated through the Invoice app by the supplier/vendor and the other scenario when the purchase manager or buyer generates the invoice through OCR (pdf upload) on behalf of the supplier/vendor.
